:: HEAVY STEEL STRUCTURE FABRICATION & ERECTION
We have been undertaking design, fabrication, supply and erection of heavy steel structures i.e. launching trusses for pre-cast slabs, steel fabricated road bridges, scaffolding for tunnels in Hydroelectric projects, metro rail tunnels and steel structures for plants and buildings, against specific requirements.
For Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Electric Project (Himachal Pradesh)
A) We supplied to the Joint Venture company of Impregilo and HCC the form work consisting of overt, invert and traveler for their approx. 10 Mtr diameter tunnel with stop end and over lap end.
B) For Continental Foundation Joint Venture (Himachal Pradesh) we supplied similar form work consisting of overt and traveler.
For Kali Gandaki Hydro Electric Project (Nepal)
We supplied to M/s Impregilo Nepal the form work consisting of overt, invert and traveler for concreting of tunnel approx. 8 Mtr diameter.
For Largi Hydro Electric Project (Kullu)
We supplied to Satyam Shankaranarayana J.V., the form work consisting of 6 Mtr length each along with 2 travelers of 8 Mtr length for concreting head race tunnel at Largi Hydro Electric Project.
For Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Electric Project (Himachal Pradesh)
A) For joint venture of Impregilo & HCC, we supplied form work for concreting of interconnecting section from head race tunnel to surge shaft.
B) We also supplied for the same company form work connecting circular to rectangular section form work.
For Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Project
We have executed form work for concreting of cut and cover duct to the joint venture company consisting of Kumagai-Skanska-HCC-Itochu Group.
For Sl. no. 1, 2 & 3 above, the design, engineering were supplied to us by the client from CIFA but for the remaining, we have developed our own design and engineering.
For Jaiprakash Industries Ltd
Fabrication of 80 M and 40 M span truss bridges across Satluj river in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
For Afcons Infrastructure Ltd
Fabrication, erection, NDT and painting of launching trusses at their DMRC project at Delhi, (approx. weight : 570 MT)
